Boxed Luncheon Meals:

All Boxed Lunch Sandwiches include potato chips, fresh baked cookie, and a choice of Bottled water or Soda. Complete with a napkin, fork and knife.

Minimum of 10 Box Lunches per order.

  • Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap: Grilled tender chicken breast with crisp romaine, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft spinach wrap.
  • Honey Ham and Sharp Cheddar: Thin sliced ham, sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and a zesty mustard in a soft wheat wrap.
  • Greek Wrap: Fresh Cucumbers, tomato, olives, red onion, chopped romaine, Tzatziki sauce and feta cheese in a pita bread.
  • Smoked Turkey and Swiss Sandwich: Thin sliced turkey and Swiss with pecan and cranberry mayo orange fennel slaw on sourdough bread.
  • Peppered roast beef Sandwich:  Thin sliced beef with blue cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and a horseradish mustard sauce on a ciabatta bread.
  • Portabella Sandwich:  Grilled Portabella mushroom, with bell peppers, seasonal squash, and lettuce with a balsamic and sweet tomato dressing on a ciabatta bread.

  • Oriental  Buffet:  Fried rice with wok style vegetables and stir fry sauce. Your choice of vegetarian or chicken, spring rolls, sushi (California ,tuna, and vegetable), Asian noodle salad, and fortune cookies: $13
  • South American Buffet:  Salsa and tortilla chips  with soft and hard tacos shells, Spanish rice, chopped lettuce, Pico de Gallo, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and your choice of seasoned chicken or beef, and apple empanadas: $14
  • Backyard Buffet:  Fried crispy chicken wings and drum sticks, Southern style coleslaw, Pasta salad, corn on the cob, and fruit crisp ( your choice of apple, peach, cherry, or blueberry): $15
  • Garden Buffet:  Fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomato sandwich on chaibotta with balsamic, cucumber, onion, and tomato salad, bowl of fresh fruit and berries, and fruit scones: $13
  • Grill Top Buffet:  Grilled Bratwurst sausage, sauerkraut, grilled onion and peppers, hoagie buns, grilled romaine tossed salad, corn bread and baked three beans and assorted mini desserts: $14

  • Grilled Sausage and Cheese Charcuterie Platter with sliced sausages 4 pounds served with sharp cheddar 2 pounds, Hein's havarti 2 pounds, sweet gherkins, fruit chutneys, toasted nuts, and gourmet toasts and crackers. $75 ~ half (serves 15-20) $150~whole (serves 30-40)
